KKW will only set/remove meters and turn-on/off water at the street. It is the owner’s responsibility to open or drain their service after the water meter. Requests received by 3:00pm will be issued work orders the same day and are eligible for service completion the following business day. Requests received after 3:00pm will not have their work orders issued until the following business day and will need an additional business day for service completion.
