Revenue Neutral Rate Adjustment Takes Effect
As previously reported in our Winter 2009 Newsletter, our revenue-neutral rate adjustment went into effect on April 1, 2009 and should soon become apparent in your water bill. In summary, most annual customers, especially those using less than 2,500 cubic feet per quarter (about 205 gallons per day) will see a modest reduction in their water bills.
