Welcome To Customer Service

Our courteous staff is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in our Main Office, located at 92 Main Street, Kennebunk. You can also contact our staff at customerservice@kkw.org. In addition to the typical business office functions, they are here to assist you with questions and/or dispatch field service personnel if necessary. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of quality service.

This section currently includes billing information, instructions on submitting a meter reading and information on becoming a customer. Among other enhancements, we will soon be providing forms for requesting field services.
